Beauville is located practically in the center of the Pelican Bay community. It’s a small, non-gated community located just off of Greentree drive incorporating the small cul-de-sac streets of Rue De Marquis, Rue Deville and Villa Lantana Way.

Beauville is a collection of about 50 duplexes and single-family looking homes on smaller lots ranging in size from 1300 to 3000 ft.². Several homes are located on the golf course and offer beautiful views of the course, preserve or landscaped areas. The majority of these homes were built between 1988 and 1990. They range in price from about $600,000-$990,000. These homes feature two, three, and four bedroom floor plans, private access to beaches, plunge pool and tropical lanai as well as two car garages, garden rooms, and several renovations in older homes. You may find granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, remodeled kitchens, hardwood floors, and master suites and bathrooms.
Beauville requires annual homeowner’s dues of about $1600 and quarterly dues of around $1000. Residents are allowed three leases per year for no more than 60 days each and there’s a $5000 transfer fee. Homeowner’s dues include basic cable, exterior pest-control and lawn and street maintenance.
