Calais

On Pelican Bay Boulevard in the north central portion of Pelican Bay is Calais, a low rise (three floors) and mid rise(five floors) subdivision of Mediterranean architecture. The low rise units start out at 1,510 square feet of living space and increase in size to about 2,000 square feet. Mid rise units start out at 1,560 square feet and cap out at around 2,149 square feet of living space. All residences are two or three bedrooms. The low rise buildings were done between 1990 and 1992 and the midrise buildings were done in 1991 and 1992. Residents here enjoy views of the Pelican Bay Golf Course, lake and preserve or landscaped areas. Owners may rent out their units three times a year with a 90 day minimum.

Calais is across the street from resident private beach access and the tram station. Many residences have been updated since they were built and are sold turnkey. Right now, there are a few units available for sale including a rarely available penthouse.
