Crescent is a mid rise and coach condominium subdivision located on the north side of Pelican Bay. There are 116 units total and 48 of them are coach homes. The coach homes surround a lake and the mid rise units over look the golf course. It is about a block away from the Pelican Bay community and fitness center on Pelican Bay Boulevard. Crescent at Pelican Bay features a gated entrance, community pool and club house. Residents here do primarily enjoy views of the lake or golf course.
